ABOUT US
Rise Up. Speak Up. Join Up.
Sandpoint Human rights club is a movement dedicated to cementing a better future for all. in 2019 Goldie Rader resurrected the Human rights club as a Girl Scout's Gold Award project, we have fought for impactful policy changes on the local, national, and global levels. We strive to hold our leaders accountable and to educate and empower others to take action. We work to ensure that our voices are heard for generations to come.
What brings us together is our dedication toward our common goals. But we can’t do it without your help. Get in touch to see how you can get involved and increase our impact.
Remembering Erik Bruhjell
Erik was the original founder of the Sandpoint human rights club in 2014, He fueled his passion for nature by studying environmental science at GU, as well as by working at the West Valley Outdoor Learning Center, Erik’s family has launched the hashtag, #plantatreeforErik in the hopes of people planting native trees in honor of Erik’s life and memory. Sandpoint Human Rights Club honors Erik by continuing to spread the message of love and acceptance.
